Dans son approche, Sabine Sonnenschein associe les
pratiques de Kundalini Yoga, tantrisme Kashmirien et
contact improvisation pour une véritable pratique
tantrique et une expérience enrichie de danse
sensuelle.

Dans cet atelier, nous redécouvrirons, les techniques
de contact improvisation (le jé,eu avec la gravit l’effet et l’utilisation
de poids) d’une manière nouvelle, grâce à des approches tantriques comme sparsa (toucher et être touché), spanda (vibration de l’un,
vibration de l’univers), bhakti (l’amour dévoué).
La pratique du contact improvisation dépasse alors les aspects physiques
et anatomiques avec un focus sur la sensibilisation des énergies internes
et subtiles : les chakras, les émotions et la sensation e fluidité.

Sabine Sonnenschein est chorégraphe et performeuse depuis 1992. En 2004 elle commence à promouvoir une approche tantrique de la vie grâce à la danse. Elle pratique le contact improvisation depuis 23 ans. Elle enseigne "contact improvisation basé dans le tantra" à international dance festival ImPulsTanz à Vienne, à Schwelle 7 à Berlin, à International Contact Improvisation Festival à Freiburg et à Studio Keller à Paris.

She studied Contemporary Dance, theatre science, philosophy and history of art. Her performances have been shown in Europe and NYC, http://sonnenschein.wuk.at .
She has been involved with sensitizing the body since 1990, and Contact Improvisation since 1991. Impressive CI teachers for her were Andrew Harwood, Daniel Lepkoff, Nita Little, Mark Tompkins und Inge Kaindlstorfer She has training in tantric full body massage (AnandaWave/Cologne) and also Lomi Lomi Nui. She has studied Pelvic Massage by K. Ruby; she has been introduced to Kashmir Tantrism and Kashmir Yoga of Touch by Daniel Odier. She studied "Vijnana Bhairava Tantra" with Dr. Bettina Bäumer. In Vienna she has practiced Tantric Bodywork and womb healing since 2006, primarily individual work. She is sexologist in education, she studies the sexualtherapeutic method Sexocorporel. Sabine Sonnenschein has been teaching together with the musician Günter Touschek since 2010. She also works together with Benno Enderlein (D) and Manuela Blanchard (CH).
