This workshop
is an introduction to tantra and tantric massage for you or a chance
to deepen your experiences in tantra and tantric massage, especially
for those, who joined Tantra Experience Paris 2013!
In this workshop a space is provided to experience yourself in awareness
as well as to encounter others in awareness. We honour our sexual energy
and power in a space full of awareness, secureness, love and respect.
We will experiment and have fun! If you are interested in a research
for yourself in a group, you are absolutely right at this place.
We refine our senses for present encounters, touch and dancing together.
We explore qualities of touch and experience massages.
We invite you to get in contact with yourself, to get in contact
with your sexual energy and power. By breathing, movement and touch
you will experience your space of the heart, which is connected with
your breast and breasts, and you will experience your sexual centre.
You will feel the energies and emotions in the space of the heart and
your sexual centre.
The workshop focuses on dance exercices,
movement in the space, contacts with the others, massage and meditation.

It is about being/getting aware of your body,
your breathing, your emotions, the space, the other people and their energies.
It's about qualities of touch and sensibility in feeling which distance
between you and someone else and her/his energy suits for you. It's about
dancing with the space or with a partner and the space. It's about forms
of physical contact and contact, that is more than physical. It's about
feeling and dealing with your sexual energy in a very subtle way.
You experience touch as listening to the other. A space for listening
to each other is created, so in each encounter an appropriate contact-dance-movement
can happen, as close, as distant, as dynamic, as calm, as sensual, as
poetic, as tender, as wild as it is currently appropriate. You are invited
to get aware of your personal limits and taboos and to look at them with
a loving eye. You might preserve them, experiment with them or, if you
like, transcend them.
We share our experiences, respecting our personal limits, boundaries and
vulnerabilities. There is space to make new experiences on a mental, physical
and spiritual level, within ourselves as well as with others. You practice
awareness in contact with others, responsibility for yourself and empathy
for others.
For participation it needs ability to listen to yourself, your body, your
innerness and to others and their innerness.
You'll experience how simple techniques such as aware breathing, forms
of dance movement and contact, forms of touch, can help you to transcend
fears of intimacy, expand your concept of gender roles and enable you
to build up enormous amounts of sexual and spiritual energy and power
in confidence.
This workshop is only for women, lesbians
and transgenders in a way of empowerment and embodiment.
Some knowledge in Tantra, dance or massage is not necessary.
You can come alone or with partner/s. Solo attenders
will find partners for the exercises and the massage amongst each other.
Please wear clothes, in which you can breath and feel comfortable.

has given womb healing and tantric bodywork in Vienna since 2006
.
She has been a choreographer and performer since 1992 and has had a
tantric approach to life since 2004. She lives and teaches a fusion
of a tantric perspective on the world and dance as a practice of life.
She has been involved with sensitizing the body since 1990, and Contact
Improvisation since 23 years. She has training in tantric full body
massage (AnandaWave/Cologne) and also lomi lomi nui. She was introduced
to yin yang massage by Andro, has studied pelvic massage by K. Ruby;
she has been introduced to Kashmir tantrism and Kashmir yoga of touch
by Daniel Odier. Deepening in "Vijnana Bhairava Tantra" with
Dr. Bettina Bäumer. She becomes a sexologist in the sexualtherapeutic
method Sexocorporel. She gives workshops focusing on the womb as well
as on the fusion of Tantra and Contact Improvisation. Teacher at Schwelle
7 in Berlin and at ImPulsTanz in Vienna.
As a choreographer she produced 39 pieces. Her philosophical pornografic
film "heteronom 1" was shown at festivals in Europe, for example
at the 1st PornFilmFestivalBerlin in 2006. Together with Brigitte Wilfing
she organized the symposion "pornonom" in 2009: lectures,
performances, film screening and a lounge focussing on post-porn film.

She is well-known in the Paris lesbians and queer scene. She organizes
the PlayNight, a Party for GirlZ and trans' as well as arty and underground
cultural events. She also takes part in PostP* movies and works in connection
with different artists. For more that 2 years, she has been in charge
of sessions about women and lesbians sexuality (Berlin, Utrecht, Paris,
Marseille...). Her work focuses on gender and alternative sexualities.
She follows of a lot of workshops around body issues in Berlin. She
practises dance and sensorial movement in Paris and also Tantra meditation.
She was Sabine Sonnenschein’s assistant at Schwelle7 in Berlin
for two workshops of "Contact Improvisation based on Tantra".
